Khadijah Khanum Hurmat al-Muluk regrets selling her properties to Shaykh ʻAbd al-Qadir, son of Shaykh ʻUbayd Allah, and believes that she sold them under duress, but Shaykh ʻAbd al-Qadir is not willing to return the properties.

Transferring the properties of Taraziyah Khanum, the Christian, 1904
A copy of a document from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stating that although the Christians of Kurdistan claim that Taraziyah Khanum had endowed all her properties to the church and her endowments were reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by Khalifah Yusuf, the head of Christians before her death, Taraziyah Khanum's husband has displayed documents stating that his wife bequeathed all her properties to him in the presence of the ‘ulama’ and now he wants these properties back. The Ministry of Foreign Affair has issued an order on this.

Petition from Zari, 1900
A telegram from Zari, the daughter of Haji Kasir Allah Khan Iravani and wife of Asad Allah Khan, a citizen of Russia, who complained to the Premier that since her arrival in Maku, her mahr, some money, and her dowry were confiscated by the heirs of Ishaq Pasha Khan and that ʻIzzat Allah Khan has attacked her house and intimidated her. She had complained to Nizam Al-Saltanah but that yielded no results. She has returned to Yerevan because her children were frightened.

Regarding the ownership of Sar-i Pul woodland
Documents include the following: Amir Tuman Rashid al-Mulk requests that property be returned to Mirza Munʻim, the judge of Savujbulagh, since his ownership of it has been confirmed; the Makri provincial office writes that Mirza Munʻim, the judge of Savujbulagh, has taken a loan from ʻAbd Allah, a merchant from Mawsul, and given him the Sar-i Pul woodland, which he inherited, in return.
